Throughout his career, Andrew McCarthy has overseen the development, design and construction of nearly $3 billion of total capitalization. Since joining Avery Hall Investments in 2016, McCarthy oversees the firm’s largest project, 1 Boerum Place, a luxury condominium tower in Brooklyn, managing the design, construction and financials from acquisition through completion.
