New Brownstones with Boat Slips Debut in Downtown Traverse City

Freshwater Development in Traverse City has unveiled three waterfront residences at The Brownstones at 100 Park, the first homes in downtown Traverse City with dedicated boat slips and private waterfrontage on the Boardman River, which leads to Lake Michigan.

Each priced from $2.7 million, the three residences feature panoramic views of Lake Michigan, up to five bedrooms, a boat slip, multiple outdoor spaces, and private parking.
