As Vice President of Development, Freshwater's founder Andrew McCarthy oversaw all aspects of the 250,000 GSF mixed-use development from initial acquisition in 2016 through design, financing, construction, marketing, management and full completion in 2022. One Boerum consists of 138 high end residential units above 22,000 square feet of retail in Downtown Brooklyn. Initially designed as a condominium, One Boerum now presents Brooklyn's finest rental residences. One Boerum was developed by Avery Hall Investments.
