As a Project Architect at Rafael Vinoly Architects, Freshwater’s founder Andrew McCarthy worked on the design of 432 Park Avenue, a 1,396 ft tall skyscraper along the south side of Central Park. 432 Park Avenue features 125 residences with a host of high end amenities, including a private restaurant for residents. Residential units sold to date range from $5,000,000 to over $100,000,000. The building has been home to some of the most expensive real estate in the world since its completion in 2015.
432 Park stands at 1,396 ft on the south side of Central Park. At its completion, it was the tallest residential building in the world, soon after surpassed by nearby 111 West 57th Street. Total project cost was $1.5 billion.
