Completed in 2024, the 4,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two primary suites with private waterfront balconies, and expansive living spaces designed to capture dramatic lake views and connect the home to its surrounding woodlands.

The architecture pairs eastern white cedar shake and nickel-gap siding with a cedar shake roof, natural stone, and expansive glass, creating a warm, rustic-modern material palette. Inside, white oak, natural limestone, marble, handcrafted cabinetry, integrated appliances, and custom millwork carry throughout the home, while oversized windows frame views of Lake Michigan, mature birch and maple trees, and the surrounding landscape.

Designed for year-round waterfront living, Birch House combines high-performance construction with primarily electric systems, heated floors, and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor spaces. Natural materials and refined detailing throughout create an enduring connection between the architecture, interiors, and its Lake Michigan setting.
