Renovation scope included exterior, interior and landscaping throughout the Lake Michigan property. The home has oversized custom windows by Marvin. The living room has a fireplace with a cast in place concrete surround. White oak wood floors with natural materials throughout the home. The Miele appliance package is wrapped with custom kitchen cabinets. Outside, the redesigned landscape package has several dining and viewing spaces, a landscaped retaining wall with an oversized patio. Freshwater homes are equipped with high speed EV charging stations and environmentally conscious materials.

7005 N Manitou Trail renovation was completed in 2022. Paul Maurer General Contracting for Interior Renovations, Asunto Builders for Exterior Renovations, TruNorth Landscape for Landscape and Team Elmers for Excavation and Remediation.
