Sweetwater is a custom Lake Michigan residence set on 2.31 private acres with 175 feet of waterfront in Northport, Michigan. Designed to embrace its extraordinary natural setting, the 4,500-square-foot home features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two primary suites, and multiple outdoor living spaces positioned to capture expansive lake views and connect the home to the surrounding woodlands and meandering creek.

The architecture pairs vertical thermally modified pine siding with a standing-seam metal roof, natural stone, and expansive glass, creating a warm and timeless material palette. Inside, white oak, natural stone, custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and refined detailing carry throughout the home, while oversized windows bring abundant natural light and views of Lake Michigan into the living spaces.

Designed for year-round waterfront living, Sweetwater combines high-performance construction with primarily electric systems, heated floors, and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor spaces. Every element is designed to strengthen the connection between the architecture and its natural surroundings, creating an enduring approach to modern Lake Michigan living.
